Oh Why Hello There! First, let me tell you how I truly love these beauty products that I’m about to review. I truly-ly-ly-ly love these Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade to bits and pieces. These are truly life changing and I cannot imagine my eyebrows without these. Most of all, for the life of me, I could not fathom what I had used for my zombie eyebrows before all these Anastasia eyebrow products came out. I would dare not recollect.
What I love about these products are its creaminess and are very long lasting. They’ll fill your patchy eyebrows like overseeding your lawn. 🙂 Rain or shine, tsunami or hurricane, Girl, don’tcha worry, you’ll have waterproof eyebrows that wont budge nor smudge. 🙂 On top of that, you don’t need to use a lot. A little bit goes a long way. Also, the colors are a match to any of your eyebrow colors and Anastasia’s good quality eyebrow brushes works really well with these pomade.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Medium Brown – This color is kinda hard to identify among the soft brown, dark browns, ash browns, chocolates, caramels or ebonies. However, once swatched on your arm, you might be able to tell the difference of whether this will suit perfectly on your skin. I would say that this is the true brown color among Anastasia’s dipbrow line. As you can see on the picture above, it looks very very close to Ash Brown. But look closely and you’ll see a difference. I have an NC30-35 tanned skin, so this works for me very well.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Ash Brown – If you’re a Catholic and you’re familiar with “Ash Wednesday,” well, then you can figure out this color very well. For me, it really looks like an ash. Ash+something brown = Ash brown, lol! In other words, it’s ashy brown, but more ashy with hints of brown. This works for brunettes or for ladies with salt n’ pepper hair.
Anastasia Beverly Hills in Dipbrow Pomade in Granite – Apart from Ebony, which Anastasia recommends as the ideal shade for girls with darker hair and darker skin, I think this Granite color would work best. I didn’t seem to like the ebony shade because it’s “too dark of a brown.” I like this one because it’s like the color of Ash Brown but darker and more like a metallic dark grey color. If you put too much, this is gonna turn black. So be very careful. Remember, a little bit goes a long way.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Duo Angled/Spooley 7 – Anastasia’s dual-ended travel-friendly eyebrow brush. This brush is probably one of the perfect brushes for these dipbrow pomades. Although Anastasia’s Brush No.12 and No.14 are also perfect matches for these products. This Mini Duo 7 has an angle-cut brush a cute mini spooley that can create a nicely-shaped, precise eyebrow application. The brush itself is not too long and not too short, which makes it very easy to use.
I find that I like these Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade more than the Anastasia Brow Wiz. I guess because I really like the formula of the Pomade, and I can’t seem to control my application with the Brow Wiz. I tend to be heavy-handed because I have “The Hulk” hands when I apply makeup, on top of that, the pencil-like tip of the Brow Wiz doesn’t allow me to brush lightly. It just seems to point sharply on my eyebrows. Recently, Anastasia came up with their Brow Definer line, which I also love. It’s very easy to use compared to the Brow Wiz and the Pomade. A Review of Anastasia’s Brow Definer will be coming soon.
See yah friends!…
