What’s up friendships! it’s Springtime, yeah!!! I don’t know about you and where you are, but from where I am, it’s raining cats and dogs and squirrels here! It’s been really gloomy and rainy and very uninspiring, grrrh, I need sunlight, for real. ūüôā Anyways, remember I told you about how I love Louis Vuitton’s Shawls? I did a review of Louis Vuitton Monogram Shawl in Cassis, here.

This time, I was looking for another shawl in a specific color, but finding it had taken me a long time since it was already sold out in LV’s website. Perhaps because LV is putting up some new colors for this season or that this has been a fan-favorite color. By the way, the shade that I was looking for is this Baby Rose Shawl/Scarf and I finally got it. This is a classic Louis Vuitton Monogram Shawl.¬†

I truly madly deeply love this color! it’s a cute light rosy pink that can brighten up your entire outfit (and possibly your day,) and give you that nice pop of color. Very ideal for spring, when you need to cozy up with this fluctuating temperatures. I also love how soft the material is, yet it gives you maximum warmth and can be easily styled. The only downside is when it comes to cleaning it. LV said that it has to be dry-cleaned, hmmm, would you really leave a $600 shawl in the dry-cleaner? I haven’t cleaned mine yet, but I might wanna try some mild hand washing¬†(fingers crossed.) Another issue is, be very careful when you’re wearing jewelries with it, as some earrings, bracelets and necklaces can tug the delicate shawl’s material. Also, the shawl/scarf¬†hem may come out loose, so be very gentle.

Other than that, this is a very beautiful and large shawl that can last you a long time if you know how to take care of it. The softness and its pretty color makes it sophisticated and very¬†versatile. It is so luxe and it screams good quality. Try one, you can never go wrong with it. ūüôā

ciao friendships! see ya next time…
