Hello. Here is a quick eye cream review that I have been enjoying these days. The Samaya Kapha Eye Cream is the latest eye cream to hit my vanity counter, and I am happy to report that it works very well after weeks of trying it on my undereyes. It is one of the newest additions to the Samaya Ayurvedic all-natural skincare line that is based on an individualโs dosha (energy).
Prior to using the Samaya Eye Cream, I have been experimenting again on a couple of eye creams that I mostly used on rotation. I can say that I liked a few, but none of them really impressed me. As I was thinking of going back to my old favorites, I had the opportunity to try the Samaya Kapha Eye Cream, which I call a perfect natural undereye moisturizer. The feel of the eye cream is not like most eye creams which moisturize the undereye skin for only a few minutes until the skin becomes dry again. The Samaya Kapha Eye Cream is different and unique in its consistency because the texture has the perfect blend of fluidness and creaminess. It feels a tad slippery and somewhat creamy at the same time, making it very easy to spread all over the undereyes. This type of consistency keeps the undereye skin moisturized for a long time. The formula does set on the skin right away, but it does not make the skin feel rough. Further, the formula does not pill and is easy to blend with concealers and foundations.
Since the product is all-natural and made of clean ingredients, there is no discerning scent, and my skin did not get irritated from the product. Most importantly, the product comes in an easy-to-dispense pump, and the size is considerably large for an eye cream. For me, that is a big plus, given that I tend to use eye cream products at least twice a day. The Samaya Kapha Eye Cream has caffeine, green tea, and probiotics, among others, aiming to reduce puffy and tired undereyes. Indeed, my undereyes look more revitalized and less puffy as I continue to use the product.
Overall, the Samaya Kapha Eye Cream is another outstanding all-natural clean skincare from Samaya Ayurveda. Just like their moisturizers, cleansers, treatments, and exfoliants, I highly recommend their line of eye creams, especially the Kapha Eye Cream.

So, back to this long-overdue review, the Giorgio Armani beauty is one of the most exciting beauty products to always have in your purse. In line with the Chanel and Dior beauty, Armaniโs makeup line is superb and well-crafted. I am a big fan of their makeup bases, powders, and lip products. These last few days of summer and even last yearโs, I have been using and testing some Armani products, and I am very satisfied with each productโs quality.
Here are my top picks in Armani foundations, concealers, and primers.
Neo Nude Foundation in #5 โ Light with a neutral undertone. Marketed as a lightweight hydrating foundation infused with skincare benefits. This foundation is meant to give a natural glowy finish. To me, this feels like a tinted moisturizer that is ideal to use on good/clear skin days because the coverage is light. There is no sticky feeling while wearing this, and this is the kind of foundation that is ideal for warm temperatures.
Luminous Silk Hydrating Primer โ This is one of my most preferred primers ever due to the fluid consistency. This product feels like a skincare/primer hybrid, similar to the Milk Makeup Hydrogrip primer, also my holy grail. I have tried using this primer with just about any foundation, and the gripping power is very good. The fluid consistency is never sticky, and gives a moisturizing effect on the skin. I believe this is a great primer to combine with the Armani Neo Nude Foundation.
Luminous Silk Face and Under-Eye Concealer in #5 โ Light with neutral undertone. This concealer is an Allure Best of Beauty winner in 2020. I like this concealer a lot. This sets well on the skin, and this has medium coverage and a somewhat radiant finish due to the micro-shimmer effect. Meaning, the finish will not look so flat while you are wearing this. The texture is creamy but never sticky once the product sets on the skin. I find that it is easy to build this product on the blemishes I want to conceal, and the lasting power can be more than 4 hours.
Power Fabric Concealer in 4.5 – Light to medium with a golden undertone. I reviewed this concealer before, and I always love this in any season and at any temperature. The lasting power is impressive, and the finish does not crack on the skin. The coverage is full, and the finish is matte, yet will not look flat once the product sets on the skin. Additionally, this concealer will hide your blemishes, your feelings, and your sins, LOL. This will even hide your age. So, go try! You are welcome (kidding) :-).
Power Fabric Compact Cream Foundation Balm in #4.5 โ What can I say? I love this product VERY MUCH. I am not sure about the bad reviews about this product, but this product is heaven-sent for me. Imagine having a full-coverage foundation packed in one gorgeous Armani compact? This is it. I am not sure why Armani called this a โbalmโ. To me, this is like a true creamy foundation with the concept of a cushion that you dab on the face in terms of application. I like the idea of this product because this is easy to carry. Also, the coverage is really good and will cover anything you want to cover. There is no need to keep packing the product on the skin, as one dab will usually work. If the packaging of this product is gorgeous, the packaging is also a caveat because it feels quite bulky. The product feels like there is too much packaging that it may be tricky to carry the product in small purses.

Printed Essence Sheet Masks
Never have I ever: tried an overnight face mask that made such a difference in my skinโs texture. My skin felt so smooth and so moisturized after using one of these masks. No more dull and sallow skin. Any of these masks is a keeper. I especially love the one from Chim and Mang. Use this while eating chicken noodle soup while trying different filters. Ya know what I mean? (wink wink)
Mangโs Magical mask โ with salicylic acid, tea tree, and niacinamide. Great for oily and acne-prone skin.
Chimmyโs Charming mask โ with Vitamin C, turmeric, and niacinamide. Works overnight to improve the skinโs texture and makes blackheads/whiteheads easy to remove.
Shookyโs Shining mask โ with hyaluronic acid, triple peptide, and manuka honey. Great nightly face mask.
Hydrogel Under Eye Patches –ย Just like the sheet masks, this one is so gel-like and will definitely improve the texture of the undereyes. You can pop this in the mini-fridge for extra coolness.
Chimmy โ Rejuvenating, calming, soothing, and extremely hydrating. Stays in place even for overnight use.
Printed Pore Strips โ These actually work. Each strip pulls whiteheads and blackheads, and even clogged hairs. Just add a bit of water around the nasal area, and the strip will harden, which will then adhere very well to the skin.
Lip Balms
Cutest lip balms I have ever seen. These really look like real macarons in terms of packaging, and each of the products has a distinctive yummy scent.
These are some of the best makeup-removing towelettes I have ever tried. Each pack contains 20 prewet towelettes for 6 USD, and each has a very interesting scent. The towelettes remove all kinds of makeup and can remove waterproof eyeliners and mascaras.
Cooky โ Rose with hyaluronic acid. Smells like Freshโs Rose Water Toner.
Mang โ Coconut Water with Raspberry. The coconut scent prevails on this one.
Chimmy โ Vitamin C with Witch Hazel. True lemon.
Koya โ Salicylic acid with green tea. A very clean green tea scent
MAKEUP
Lip Tints
Very interesting lip stains with peach berry candy scent. It is a very yummy and irresistible scent with a non-sticky texture. The application feels a bit of a mystery to me because it usually takes two coats to get enough coverage on my lips. Yet, after the second coat, the product leaves a waxy film that sits on top of the lips. I had to use a lip brush and my little finger to really set the product on my lips. The effect is really nice because it gives an even stain throughout the lips. The staining effect is natural and long-lasting.

Lip + Cheek Chic Sticks
My most preferred products from this BT21 makeup release. The light colors are suitable for cheek colors, while the deep tones are perfect for the lips. A little bit goes a long way, and I love how the product glides effortlessly on the skin. The finish starts as sheen; then it will slowly set to natural.
Rocky Road (Shooky) โ brick vintage rose. What a beautiful hard-to-ignore color, like everyoneโs bias wrecker ๏
Berry Cute (Cooky) โ berry rose. Ahh, the versatile color that will work with mostly every skin tone.
Moonwalk (Mang) โ beautiful, irresistible, and complicated shade. Just like Mang, it is hard to discern what is really in this color. Is it brown? Is it red? Is it berry? Or is it a mix of all three?
Sanitizing Sprays
Who does not hoard hand sanitizer nowadays? I know I am, and I am obsessed with finding hand sanitizers in different scents. These sanitizers from BT21 are now my holy grails because each bottle contains interesting scents, and each has 70% Ethanol. Each is also infused with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E. My skin does not feel dry after using any of these.
Chimmy โ yuzu scented. To me, this smells like lemongrass. The scent is quite complicated and different, actually. To some, this may smell like grapefruit.
Shooky โ green tea. A very light green tea scent that is almost hard to discern because I can also smell the ethanol. A clean, pleasing scent, overall.
Cooky โ strawberry vanilla. This smells so sweet and delicious, making me nostalgic of my childhood memories of eating strawberry shortcake with dirty impatient fingers, lol.
Bottom line, I really really love these goodies. I think BT21 nailed these products very well. I did not expect much quality when I first got these, but I was blown away after trying the products. The face masks, the hand sanitizers, and the lip+cheek sticks have sealed the deal for me. I hope they will seal the deal for you too.
