Some of the biggest top-selling makeup products right now are made by Patrick Ta Beauty. Have you ever heard of their amazing Double-Take Crรจme and Powder Blush? How about the ever-trending Major Dimensions Eyeshadow Palette? Patrick Ta is really hitting all the major headlines!
In this post, we will talk about the social media fave eyeshadow palette โ The Major Dimensions Eyeshadow, and the newest addition to the line, the Major Dimensions II Rose Eyeshadow Palette, all from Patrick Ta Beauty.
Major Dimension Eyeshadow Palette
The packaging of the eyeshadow is what really sparked my interest in trying the product. I really love the sleek and heavy rose-gold packaging. The eyeshadow comes in twelve pans. Two are creams, and ten are powders, consisting primarily of mattes with some shimmers and metallics.
The product is vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free. There are minimal fallouts noted on the metallic shades, but they still adhere well to the lid without any primer. The matte shades are soft and easy to blend. They can be combined with metallic and shimmery shades to create a duo-chrome eyeshadow look. The cream shades provide an excellent base to contour the lids or accentuate them.
I believe you can wear each shade alone, but who would want to do it when you can play around with the shades because every shade complements each other well. The palette can give an ideal everyday neutral eyeshadow look, but it is versatile enough to transform a daytime eyeshadow look into dramatic nighttime glam. So glad I tried it!
Major Dimension II Rose Eyeshadow Palette
Just when I thought I got one of the greatest neutral eyeshadow palettes already, here comes a great contender โ The Patrick Ta Rose Eyeshadow palette is the rose-hued alternative to the original Major Dimensions Palette. There are many shimmers in the palette, which are mostly rose-toned, mauve, plum-like, and coppery. The palette still comes in twelves shades โ two cream bases, ten pans with the top shades being shimmery and metallic, and the bottom shades as mattes.
You can wear the shades individually or mix and match them. The easiest way is to use the top and bottom pans, as the shades complement well with each other. The cream shades are always great for defining the lids.
The palette is free of parabens, formaldehyde, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, and is also gluten-free and cruelty-free.
Overall, I love both palettes. They serve different purposes and they are both very well-made. I do not have to apply a primer to make the palette work on my lids, and the texture is really soft and so blendable for both palettes. The original Major Dimensions palette is the most cohesive neutral eyeshadow palette I have ever owned, and it works well for any skintone. The Major Dimensions II Rose palette is rosy and adds a dramatic twist to the original. It is an ideal palette for those who are looking for a bit more drama on their lids. I like both palettes, and I recommend both. Hard to choose which one is the best because both are really fabulous to have. With that being said, I am impressed with every Patrick Ta product I have tried so far.
