Chanel Beauty Haul

Chanel Rouge Allure Ink Fusion in 840 Rouge Paradoxal

Hello. Here are some Chanel hauls I have accumulated since last Fall-Winter 2021. There are some new releases of Chanel beauty and makeup products this Spring-Summer 2022, and they are as fabulous as last seasonโ€™s releases. Unfortunately, I missed out on several new releases, especially the latest shades from the Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet Lipsticks and the Rouge Allure Ink Fusion because they were so in demand. I did get one of the newly-released nail polishes for this Spring-Summer 2022, which is reviewed below. Ultimately, I ended up picking a mix of classic and new shade releases of Chanel beauty products for this review.

Check out what I got.

Chanel Spring Summer 2022 Le Vernis Terra Rossa

Chanel Nail Polish Terra Rossa Swatch

Le Vernis in 917 Terra Rossa โ€“ Released for this Spring-Summer 2022, this nail polish is perfect for warming temps and chillinโ€™ by the seaside. This has the perfect shade of vintage rose with a clayish vibe. Any skintone can pull off this shade, especially for those with medium skintone like mine. You can see this shade in one of my Insta photos as well (clue: the one with blueberry Danish pastry ๐Ÿฅ ).

Rouge Allure Velvet La Comรจte Collection: The packaging is slightly different from the usual Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet Lipstick due to its asymmetrical star print that is meant to symbolize โ€œgood luckโ€.

108 Terre Dโ€™Etoiles โ€“ A shimmery brownish nude velvety shade. This formula is quite more moisturizing than any other Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet Shades I have tried.

118 Bois De Rose Astral โ€“ A bit toned down on the shimmer, this lipstick is on the rosy-pink side but still nude and muted enough for daily wear.

Chanel La Comete 118 Bois De Rose Astral

Rouge Allure Ink Fusion in 840 Rouge Paradoxal โ€“ I saw RED-ORANGE flames when I first tried this liquid soft-matte lipstick. I thought the shade was a bit over-the-top for me at first, but once it sets on my lips, the shade becomes a bit muted and becomes wearable. But I would not wear this daily because the shade is meant for glam events.

Chanel Powder Blush in 02 Rose Bronze Review

Powder Blush in 02 Rose Bronze โ€“ If you are looking for an every day, muted bronzy rose blush, then you must try this soft powdery, velvety compact. I like how smooth this blush applies to my cheeks, and this always applies โ€œrightโ€, no matter how imprecise the application can get. I blend and layer this blush a couple of times in one setting, and my cheeks still do not look sunburned. The lasting power is impressive, and this works well when applied using the fingers.

Chanel Eyeshadow-Liner-Khol in Contour Marron

Eyeshadow-Liner-Khol in Contour Marron โ€“ I love this Chanel makeup product because it is an all-in-one eyeshadow pencil that you can use as an eyeliner, eyeshadow color, and eyelid contour. As an eyeliner, this needs to be consistently sharp, which may require some sharpening tools or skills on your part, but once you get the hang of it, this will provide for a long-lasting cat-eye flick. As an eyeshadow color and contour, you can apply this product directly on the lid (tip: apply in dots) and blend using an eyeshadow blending brush. You can also add more colors on the lid that needs some contouring, and you will be good to go. Voila! You will have a clean and easy eyeliner and eyeshadow application all in one stick.

Have you hauled any beauty and makeup products lately? What products are you planning to haul?

Big thanks for the DM!

Chanel Rouge Allure Ink + Rouge Allure Ink Fusion Favorite Shades

chanel rouge allure ink fusion review

Hi all! Hereโ€™s a post Iโ€™ve been meaning to share months ago, but, I was so busy that I forgot about sharing them. Now that I have some time, Iโ€™m sharing with you my favorite shades of the Chanel Rouge Allure Ink lip color line.

I love these lipsticks so much and I use them a lot, especially Pre-Covid. Chanel, initially had the Rouge Allure Ink line only, which is their version of matte lipstick. However, some of the shades had questionable formulations due to being quite streaky upon application. I never really actually experienced that and had been very happy with the line. Last year, I was in Singapore and I found myself wandering at a Chanel beauty counter. I saw that they launched an improved version of the Rouge Allure Ink line, which is called Rouge Allure Ink Fusion. I was so excited because the formula is exactly what I wanted in a matte lip color โ€“ lightweight, pigmented, non-sticky, no strong scent, and totally wearable.

Curious to see what my favorites shades are from these Chanel matte liquid lipstick lines?

Read below.

Rouge Allure Ink: Creamy, velvety, and with a flat brush applicator

Rouge Allure Ink Fusion: Similar formula to Narsโ€™ Powermatte which is very fluid. Sets easily, very lightweight, doesnโ€™t try the lips. Applicator is somewhat pointy.

  • 804 Mauvy Nude โ€“ nude mauve, works well for any skin tone. I wear this a lot.
  • 806 Pink Brown โ€“ muted pinkish/rosy brown. This shade is so beautiful and one of my favorites as well.

Other shades not mentioned here is the beautiful Rouge Allure Ink Fall-Winter shade, called Melancholia (swatched HERE) and Ambiguรฏtรฉ (released this year), which is a brownish-red tone.

The Chanel Rouge Allure Ink, especially the Rouge Allure Ink Fusion, are refinements of what used to be the matte liquid lipsticks weโ€™ve known (drying, sticky, uncomfortable). These are my top favorites when it comes to matte liquid lipsticks because these are truly reliable and will make you look fabulous on any occasion.

Are you a big fan of these too?

Chanel Fall-Winter 2020 Beauty Favorites

Chanel Fall Winter 2020 Makeup

Hello everybody! Are you enjoying this beautiful Autumn season? Any plans for a gorgeous Fall decor? Or have you been carving that pumpkin already?

This Fall is always an exciting time for me because as always, Chanel’s Winter/Fall makeup releases are giving me life. As always, their products are so exciting that I can’t wait to rock some of their deep red lip colors and bold dramatic eyeshadows along with my monochromatic goth (lol) Fall/Winter outfits. Fall, definitely, is such a very interesting and inspirational season for me.

For my favorites this season, I’ve added a product that wasn’t necessarily released this season but was actually released early this year. Also, I’ve added a repeat favorite of mine for the nails.

Chanel Rouge Allure Ink Fusion Matte Liquid Lip Color in Ambiguรฏtรฉ

Rouge Allure Ink Fusion Matte Liquid Lip Color in Ambiguรฏtรฉ – I love Chanel’s Rouge Allure Ink Fusion because the formula is just so good and is not patchy compared to the Rouge Allure Ink. Also, this isn’t drying and is very comfortable on the lips. The Ambiguรฏtรฉ shade, which is a medium mauvy brown is my favorite this season because it complements my skintone very well. I will be posting some of my favorite Rouge Allure Ink & Ink Fusion shades very soon. So, stay tuned for that.

chanel fall winter 2020 candeur et provocation

Les 4 Ombres Multi-effect Quadra Eyeshadow Candeur Et Provocation – I picked this eyeshadow over the Candeur Et Seduction because this isn’t too heavy on “reds”. The Candeur Et Seduction quad seems a little too much for me and I don’t think I could pull off that much reddish tones on my lids. The shades are really vivid and beautiful though. This Candeur Et Provocation is enough to give you that eye drama because it borders on being earthy, natural, and rose-like. It’s the perfect eyeshadow quad to transition to this Fall’s warm and spice-like eye makeup tones.

Le Gel Coat Longwear Top Coat – This isn’t really a Fall release, but a repeat love for me. I’m a big fan of this fast-drying gel top coat because this makes my nail polish last longer than the usual gel top coats. Also, this minimizes any color chipping issues after days of wearing any gel nail color.

Chanel Le Vernis Longwear Nail Color in Interdit

Le Vernis Longwear Nail Color in Interdit – My Fall vibe won’t be complete without another wine-colored nail polish. This very deep red and black-mixed shade is so pretty and so irresistible even though it’s quite dupable. I’m a sucker for this type of shade and I won’t mind hoarding this color every Fall and Winter.

Chanel Le Blanc Rosy Light Drops

Le Blanc Rosy Light Drops – Released earlier this year and was sold out for some time, I swear I’ve been dying to get my hands on this. Guess what, this liquid, rosy, and pearly iridescent highlighter is just so pretty and so perfect for an everyday natural glow. I find that this is quite hard to photograph indoor because this tends to blend on my skin, but whenever I’m outside, this really shines through. I totally love the gorgeous packaging and the practical pump that releases just enough product to cover the whole face. Speaking of face, this can be worn alone, mixed with your favorite moisturizer, or can be blended with your foundation of choice. This is so versatile and I highly recommend that you try this one asap.

Here’s a final look at the Le Blanc highlighter swatched all over my hand.

Those are my faves for this Fall/Winter Chanel beauty releases. I can’t wait for next year’s Spring/Summer products. What are your favorite makeup products this Fall?
